A Refined Opening at The Ritz-Carlton, Perth

Festivities officially commenced on Monday evening with a glamorous welcome reception at the five-star The Ritz-Carlton, Perth. Against the stunning backdrop of the Swan River and Perth’s illuminated skyline, Horizon owners and international guests gathered for the first time, reconnecting and forging new relationships within the Horizon family.

Guests were welcomed with premium champagne, bespoke canapés, and live entertainment, setting the tone for the week ahead. The evening served as both a celebratory reunion and a formal introduction to the immersive experiences that would unfold across Western Australia in the days to follow.

Aviation, Automotive Excellence & Wine Country Elegance

Tuesday delivered one of the most visually and logistically impressive days ever staged for a Horizon Owners Rendezvous. In a landmark partnership with Bentley Perth, a seamless fusion of aviation and automotive engineering took centre stage.

At precisely timed intervals, five luxury helicopters lifted off from Langley Park, while below, an extraordinary 37 Bentley vehicles formed a rolling convoy, creating a breathtaking dual procession through Perth and into the Swan Valley.

The destination: the iconic Sandalford Estate, where 125 Horizon owners and Bentley guests were welcomed for a curated Western Australia-inspired gourmet lunch. Guests enjoyed fine wines from one of Australia’s oldest wine producers while immersing in a culinary experience that showcased premium regional produce, live entertainment, and sweeping vineyard views.

The day symbolised the convergence of luxury mobility across air, land, and lifestyle – a true reflection of the Horizon brand philosophy.

A Majestic Superyacht Fleet to Rottnest Island

Wednesday celebrated Horizon’s heart and soul – the water. In one of the most powerful visual statements of the event, twelve Horizon motor yachts, each with an average value of AUD $8 million, departed in coordinated departures from Hillary’s Boat Harbour and Fremantle Marina.

The fleet rendezvoused in ceremonial formation off Cottesloe Beach, creating an extraordinary spectacle for onlookers before cruising together in synchronized formation across the Indian Ocean toward the iconic Rottnest Island.

Upon arrival, 130 Horizon owners and guests were welcomed to an Amalfi Coast–inspired beachfront luncheon hosted at The Beach Club at Samphire. Live saxophone performances, Mediterranean décor, and refined oceanfront styling transformed the island setting into a glamorous European coastal escape.

The formal proceedings were opened by Mr. Peter Prendiville, owner of Prendiville Group, who delivered a warm Western Australian welcome. This was followed by an address from Horizon Group CEO John Lu, who spoke on Horizon’s global vision, craftsmanship, and unwavering commitment to the owner experience.

The afternoon concluded with an inspiring keynote from one of the world’s top five superyacht designers, Cor D. Rover, who shared insights into contemporary yacht design philosophy, innovation, and the evolving expectations of modern ultra-luxury yacht ownership.

Crayfishing Adventures & Champagne on the Water

Thursday delivered a uniquely Western Australian adventure, offering guests a hands-on experience of the region’s famed seafood culture. Horizon guests joined Abrolhos Islands Charters for a thrilling deep-sea crayfishing expedition, hauling fresh Western Rock Lobster directly from the ocean.

Meanwhile, the ladies of the group enjoyed a sophisticated champagne cruise aboard a 42-foot Pirelli tender, soaking in the turquoise waters and pristine coastline in true luxury style.

Later that afternoon, both groups reunited for a relaxed yet unforgettable coastal lunch, where the freshly caught crayfish were prepared and shared – a celebration of authenticity, camaraderie, and world-class produce.

A Spectacular Farewell at Seadeck, Samphire, Rottnest Island

The extraordinary four-day journey concluded with a magnificent farewell gala dinner hosted at the iconic floating venue Seadeck. Guests dined beneath the stars at Samphire, surrounded by the calm waters of Rottnest Island, enjoying fine cuisine, premium wines, live entertainment, and heartfelt speeches reflecting on the shared experiences of the week.

It was an emotional and fitting conclusion to an event that celebrated not just luxury, but community, craftsmanship, and the global Horizon family.
