Horizon 94 feet “Black Legion” Completes First Sea Trial

2012-12-04

New Horizon 94 feet Black Legion completed her first successful sea trial on November 17th in Kaohsiung – although the sea conditions were rough, she reached a maximum speed of 23 knots and cruise speed of 18 knots carrying full fuel and water.  The spotty sea conditions gave Horizon the chance to truly test Black Legion and her equipment on board, and the new owner and his son were very pleased with the boat’s performance during her sea trial.

Black Legion features a four stateroom layout with en-suite heads, and her interior design is contemporary yet elegant with South American Walnut and Maitore woods used throughout the yacht.  She was also built with a hi/lo swim platform; zero speed stabilizers; bow and stern thrusters; Raymarine navigation system; and an M9 SAT TV system.

The Horizon 94 feet Black Legion will be delivered in early December to Brisbane, Australia, where her new owner is sure to enjoy all his new Horizon has to offer.
